This 2- hour course will provide a clear, practical overview of the major changes introduced through NJDEP’s SRRA Amendments’ recent rule adoption. Participants will learn how updates to the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (N.J.A.C. 7:26C), Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E), and the Industrial Site Recovery Act Rules (N.J.A.C. 7:26B) affect the site remediation process in New Jersey.

Updated administrative requirements such as public notification, discharge reporting, RAOs, remedial action permit changes, deed notices, CEAs, and enforcement updates.

The Data of Known Quality Protocols (DKQPs) define NJDEP’s minimum Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and reporting expectations for analytical data used in environmental decision-making.
