Description:

Navigating the complexities of Response Action Outcome (RAO) documents is critical for environmental professionals, attorneys, and persons responsible for remediation in New Jersey. This presentation will be an interactive round table discussion between LSRPs and an Environmental Attorney regarding the different RAO types, the role of the RAO covenant not to sue in litigation, including Natural Resource Damage (NRD) cases, and examining how different RAO types can impact property transactions throughout the state. A representative from NJDEP | Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment Program will also be joining the round table and will provide some insight as to the best practices for RAO submittals.
