The Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) remains one of New Jersey’s most impactful environmental laws—still driving site investigation and cleanup nearly four decades later. This course gives LSRPs, attorneys, and environmental professionals the clarity and practical guidance needed to navigate ISRA confidently.

Topics Include:

• ISRA triggers and process overview
• Key compliance tips and best practices
• How ISRA continues to shape remediation decisions
• Challenging and evolving issues, including:
  • Leaseholds and tenant operations
  • Historic fill
  • Multi party transactions and ownership changes
  • Multiple LSRP involvement
• Nuances and special situations that frequently arise during remediation
