Description:

This ever-evolving and informative 3-hour course provides the continued review and reinforcement of professionalism and ethics to site remediation professionals in performing their functions to protect human health and the environment. Instructors will explore professionalism and ethics from an LSRP perspective, the most common conflicts and pitfalls, the Licensing Board rules versus the Code of Conduct, and provide discussion on recent Licensing Board enforcement actions and decisions.

The instructors encourage attendees to bring ethical topics for discussion to enhance learning.

This course is intended for LSRPs, environmental professionals, attorneys and engineers in closely allied fields.

Continuing Education Credits:

• LSRP: 3.0 Ethics (NJSRPLB Course Number 2018-082)
• NJ Attorneys: 3.6 CLEs*
• NJ Professional Engineers: 3.0 CPCs
• NY Professional Engineers and Geologists: 1.0 Ethics PDH, 2.0 PDHs

* This program is approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.6 hours of total CLE credit.
