Description:

Navigating the complexities of Response Action Outcome (RAO) documents is critical for environmental professionals, attorneys, and persons responsible for remediation in New Jersey. This course provides a comprehensive overview of the different types of Response Action Outcome (RAO) documents providing a clear understanding of the various RAO notice options available and when each is most appropriate.

The program will also explore the role of the RAO covenant not to sue in litigation, including Natural Resource Damage (NRD) cases, and examine how different RAO types can impact property transactions throughout the state. In addition, NJDEP will share insights on best practices for preparing and submitting RAOs, helping attendees navigate the process efficiently and effectively.
