This 2- hour course will provide a clear, practical overview of the major changes introduced through NJDEP’s SRRA Amendments’ recent rule adoption. Participants will learn how updates to the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (N.J.A.C. 7:26C), Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E), and the Industrial Site Recovery Act Rules (N.J.A.C. 7:26B) affect the site remediation process in New Jersey.

- Updated administrative requirements such as public notification, discharge reporting, RAOs, remedial action permit changes, deed notices, CEAs, and enforcement updates.
- Technical requirement changes involving variances, IECs, receptor evaluations, historic fill investigations, remedial investigations, and updated remedial action expectations including migration-to-groundwater and fill management.
- Brief rule updates for ISRA (7:26B) and heating oil tank remediation (7:26F).
