Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment (CSRR) will be providing detailed training on its regulatory updates to N.J.A.C. 7:26B, 7:26C, 7:26E, and 7:26F as a result of amendments to the Site Remediation Reform Act.
The virtual training will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd at 9am – 11am via GoToWebinar. See registration details below.
This training program focuses on some of the Department’s recently adopted amendments to the site remediation rules to codify and implement the provisions of P.L. 2019, c. 263 (The SRRA 2.0 Act), which concerned the remediation of contaminated sites, and amended and supplemented various parts of the statutory law. These updates include amendments to the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites, N.J.A.C. 7:26C, and the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation, N.J.A.C. 7:26E, to streamline implementation of the licensed site remediation professional (LSRP) program, make technical changes and corrections, and clarify language in the rule chapters.

Continuing Education Credits (CECs):
The Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board (SRPLB) has approved this course for 2.0 Regulatory credits (Course # 2025-065). Once the CECs are approved, the Licensed Site Remediation Professional Association (LSRPA) will provide eligible attendees with detailed instructions via email regarding how to obtain a CEC certificate. The certificates will be made available via an email link to those participants who meet the requirements and have requested to receive CECs. Credits may be applicable to New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE) licenses, PE licenses from other states, and Professional Geologist licenses from other states; please verify the requirements that apply to your licenses.
