This presentation will be an interactive round table discussion between LSRPs and an Environmental Attorney regarding the different RAO types, the role of the RAO covenant not to sue in litigation, including Natural Resource Damage (NRD) cases, and examining how different RAO types can impact property transactions throughout the state. A representative from NJDEP | Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment Program will also be joining the round table and will provide some insight as to the best practices for RAO submittals. \n\nTo ensure robust discussions and full engagement, registered attendees are encouraged to provide questions in advance on any issues you would like to see discussed as they relate to RAOs and property transactions in New Jersey.
